USI Northwest is very pleased to be of service to members of the Washington State Bar Association. We are your source for benefits, professional liability insurance and risk management needs.
The following is a brief summary of the current WSBA group medical and dental insurance program and enrollment instructions.
Medical: The Washington State Bar Association offers four medical plans through Group Health Options. You will find links to the plan designs and premium cost information below. The plans range from a traditional HMO all the way to the Alliant Plus plan, which includes not only Group Health, but also Everett Clinic and Virginia Mason providers on an “in-network” basis.
Dental: For groups with at least three employees participating in the medical insurance program, a group dental plan is available from Washington Dental Service.
Eligibility: Members of the Washington State Bar Association residing in the state of Washington are eligible to participate in the program. Subscribers must work a minimum of 60 hours per month. The WSBA does accept groups of one for medical coverage. Unmarried dependent children may be covered to age 25.

You may include your first month’s premium payable to Group Health when mailing the forms. Otherwise, Group Health will bill you.
